Edwin Allen (Jamaica) standout Fiona Richards, the No. 7 Under-20 performer in the world this year in the girls discus throw, won the high school championship at the 123rd Penn Relays at Rhodes Field with a mark of 169-5 (51.66m). It marked the eighth year in a row that a Jamaican athlete won the girls discus, including five from Edwin Allen.
